Enjoy a Mystery/Historical Romance by Marva Dale

Since I'm a mystery fan, I read a lot of them.  Thus, after writing romances, I tried my hand at my first novel.  Voila!  I cam up with the "Death by the Decade" series, a mystery by each decade from 1920 and on...  The first,"Death of a Flapper," is set in 1920s New York City and features Tin Pan Alley Private Eye, Carney Brogan.  Published by Oak Tree Press, "Death of a Flapper" is now available through Amazon.com and Barnes & Noble.  I hope the book is successful, thus paving the way for more of my "Death by the Decade" books.
I actually started my writing career with the romance genre, and a short story developed into a novel about the saga of the Traynor Family in Colonial America.  "Far From Eden:  New World" takes place in the late 1600s and continues to follow the trials and tribulations of the Traynor Family, from the lowly vicar, Jeremy Traynor, and his beautiful wife, Tabitha, and on to the lives of their five children.   Again, "Far From Eden" is available through Amazon and Barnes & Noble.  The second in the series, "Far From Eden:  Promised Land" will be available soon.
